Service usage data: feature usage, subscription status, and limited technical telemetry.
Conversation and generation data: prompts, responses, and related metadata needed to operate features.
Safety/moderation logs: moderation decisions, timestamps, user IDs, and hashed prompt references for blocked content.
Billing metadata: Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and billing state.
Cookies/local storage: session and age-verification state (for example, `serenova_age_verified`).

2. How We Use Information

Provide and maintain account access and product functionality.
Personalize your companion experience based on your settings.
Enforce safety, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Process subscriptions and manage billing state through Stripe.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes on Serenova systems. We receive limited billing metadata (such as customer/subscription IDs and status) from Stripe to manage access. Billing terms, including no-refund policy, are governed by the Terms of Service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only as needed to:

Operate core infrastructure and payment processing (for example, Stripe).
Comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable government request.
Protect users, the public, or service security and integrity.

5. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce policies. Retention periods may vary by data type and operational requirements.

For illegal or disallowed prompt handling, Serenova stores hashed prompt references for enforcement and audit purposes rather than raw explicit content in moderation logs.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure; you use the service with this understanding.

You may update account profile details in-product where available.
You may request account/privacy support by contacting us.
You can manage certain cookie behavior through your browser settings.

To request account deletion or privacy review, email aihelp@serenovaai.com from your account email and include "Deletion Request" in the subject line. We may require account verification and will process valid requests in a commercially reasonable timeframe.

8. Age Restriction

Serenova is intended only for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly provide services to minors.

9. USA-Only Availability

Serenova is offered only to users located in the United States. Service infrastructure and data handling are intended for U.S.-based operations.
