Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Serenova AI ("Serenova", "we", "us", "our"), including the website at serenovaai.com and related services. By using Serenova, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Serenova is for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service. By using Serenova, you represent that you meet this requirement. Misrepresenting age may result in immediate termination.

2. Service Description

Serenova provides conversational AI companionship and, for eligible paid users, AI image generation. Features may change over time as we improve reliability, quality, and safety.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
You may not share your account for abuse, evasion, or policy violations.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions through Stripe.
Standard and Premium pricing, features, and limits are shown in-product at checkout.
Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before renewal.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe; Serenova does not store card numbers.
If payment fails or a subscription is canceled, paid features may be reduced or disabled.
All payments are final. Subscriptions and fees are non-refundable, including partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Serenova to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Create, request, or distribute illegal content.
Generate sexual content involving minors, exploitative abuse content, or non-consensual sexual violence.
Generate incest or bestiality sexual content.
Request explicit deepfakes of real people without consent.
Attempt fraud, harassment, stalking, abuse, or impersonation.
Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or otherwise attack service security or availability.

We may block content, restrict functionality, suspend, or terminate access for violations or abuse.

6. Safety and AI Limitations

AI outputs may be imperfect, inaccurate, or incomplete.
Serenova is not a therapist, medical provider, legal advisor, or emergency service.
Do not rely on Serenova for crisis support or urgent decisions requiring licensed professionals.
Serenova does not replace real-world relationships, community, or professional support.

7. Content Monitoring

Interactions may be automatically analyzed for safety, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. Prompts that violate policy may be blocked, flagged, logged in hashed form, and used for enforcement decisions.

8. User Content

You retain rights to content you submit, subject to rights needed for us to operate, secure, and improve the service (for example: processing prompts, enforcing safety, preventing abuse, and maintaining logs required for operations).

9. Service Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including for maintenance, upgrades, safety, or legal compliance.

Service is provided on an "as available" basis only. Uptime, response times, delivery quality, and feature continuity are not guaranteed.

10. Termination

You may stop using Serenova at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create legal, security, or operational risk. We may do so without prior notice.

11. Disclaimers

Serenova is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serenova and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

To the extent liability cannot be excluded, total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to Serenova in the 3 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Arbitration and Disputes

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in the United States, except where prohibited by applicable law. Class or representative actions are not permitted.

14. USA-Only Availability

Serenova is offered only to users located in the United States. By using Serenova, you represent that your access and use occurs within the United States and complies with applicable U.S. laws.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
